Sportybet Tanzania sports betting: read the ticket states

A selected odd is not a valid bet until SportyBet accepts the ticket on its servers. Check the selection, total stake and live-market status before you confirm.

Ticket validation

Check the ticket before the server accepts it

A tap on “Place Bet” does not itself make a ticket valid. SportyBet Tanzania says a requested bet becomes valid only once its servers accept it, and every valid bet receives a unique transaction code.

Before confirming, check the market, selection and total TZS stake shown in the betslip. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed by the customer, so use the accepted ticket—not the earlier selection screen—as the record of what was actually placed.

01

Read the market

Confirm the event and market description match the outcome you intend to back.

02

Read the odds

On a live event, the shown price can change before the server accepts the ticket.

03

Set the total stake

Choose the full TZS amount before confirmation, not after a result begins to move.

04

Find the code

After acceptance, keep the ticket’s unique transaction code and use bet history if a status is unclear.

Live betting condition

Live odds can change before your bet becomes valid

Live odds change as an event develops. If a market is suspended, bets entered while it is suspended are rejected; a previously selected live price is therefore not automatically the price on an accepted ticket.

SportyBet describes “Potential Win” as informational. Final settlement uses the stake and odds accepted for the ticket, not a number that appeared before the acceptance step.

1

Odd selected

You add a visible price to the betslip.

2

Market can suspend

When suspended, the attempted bet can be rejected rather than accepted at an old price.

3

Odds accepted

The server-accepted ticket fixes the stake and accepted odds used for settlement.

Live bets can also be subject to a placement delay. Do not assume the sportsbook can accept an in-play selection after the relevant outcome is already known or a material advantage has already occurred.

Cash Out conditions

Cash Out is an offer state, not a ticket guarantee

Cash Out is system-generated and conditional. A ticket can show an offer, temporarily lose the offer while one or more selections are suspended, or show no offer at all; visibility does not guarantee that a completed request will be accepted.

Read the status shown on the active ticket rather than relying on a previous offer. Cash Out is a separate option from settlement and does not change the rule that a confirmed bet cannot be edited by the customer.

Offer visible

Review before action

A value is displayed for the active ticket. It can change with the event and the underlying selections.

Offer suspended

Wait for active selections

The offer can be temporarily unavailable while relevant selections or markets are suspended.

Request confirmed

Check the ticket record

Treat the ticket history and confirmed result as the source for the completed cash-out state.

Settlement outcomes

Void, lost and resettled tickets are not the same result

A void selection and a lost selection have different effects in a multiple. If a selection is void, SportyBet says it is treated at odds 1.00 and the remaining winning selections can be settled normally; if one selection is settled as lost, the entire multiple bet is lost.

A rollback is different again. If an incorrect result source is used, a previously settled ticket can be corrected and resettled against the real, verified result; the transaction log is the ultimate authority if a bet acceptance or settlement dispute arises.

Ticket status What it means Multiple-ticket effect
Void selection The market is nil or invalid under the applicable rules. That selection is handled at odds 1.00; remaining winning selections can settle.
Lost selection The selected outcome did not settle as a winner. One lost selection makes the entire multiple ticket lose.
Resettled ticket An earlier result was corrected after an incorrect source or outcome review. The ticket can be recalculated against the verified final result.

If the ticket status is unclear, compare the market rule, final result and account history before assuming that a visible score or earlier balance update is final.

Selection boundary

Use the selection limit before increasing your TZS exposure

SportyBet Tanzania sets the total ticket stake between TZS 10 and TZS 17,500,000. A standard betslip can hold up to 50 selections, while a system bet can hold up to 15; the limit is capacity, not a reason to fill a ticket.

Choose the number of selections and a total stake you can afford to lose before the event starts. Adding legs after a loss or raising the stake because a live price moved cannot make a ticket more certain.

Single

One market outcome

Check one event, one market and one total TZS amount before submitting the ticket.

Multiple

Up to 50 selections

Every added selection changes the ticket condition; one lost selection makes the multiple lost.

System

Up to 15 selections

Read the specific system structure and total risk rather than treating the selection limit as a target.

Before confirmation: identify the accepted odds, ticket type, full TZS stake and the amount you can lose without adding another selection to recover it.

Sports route

Choose a sport, then verify the active market
